Heck City is a small area at Hell City devoted to the lil’ devils that come with their parents. The Heck City Kids Booth will have a wide variety of temporary tattoos for boys and girls to show off on the convention floor. All temporary tattoos will be applied by professional, sterile and clean Heck City Temporary Tattoo Artists. There are many other goodies for the hellions like Hell City Balloons for the Kiddies, Temporary Tattoos, Face Painting, Coloring Contests, Pictures with the HC Devil, Heck City Kid’s Clothing, Tattoo Coloring Books, Tattooed People Woodcuts, Hellish Smoke, Candy & Free Coffin Rides!

Temporary Tattoos

Heck City is a small area at Hell City devoted to the lil’ devils that come with their parents. The Heck City Kids Booth will have a wide variety of temporary tattoos for boys and girls to show off on the convention floor. All temporary tattoos are $5 and will be applied by professional, sterile and clean Heck City Temporary Tattoo Artists. New bucket and sponge each lil’ devil (wink).

Pictures with Heck City’s Ol’ Scratch

Hey kids, ever wanted to sit on the lap of pure evil? Now’s your chance to get your picture taken with Ol' Scratch, the Hell City mascot! Be sure to have your camera's ready, you never know when Ol' Scratch will be blazing by you at Hell City!!

Face Painting & Special Effects

Bring out the lil devil in you by painting your ugly mug as an official Hell City Devil, get some horns on your forehead, or simply get a nice design on you!! Face painting will be applied all weekend at the Heck City kids booth. Be sure to swing the little kiddies by to get their faces painted and grab a balloon for ‘em while you’re there!! FX Magic will be providing all sorts of special effects as well, so anybody can get a new pain free wound!

Heck City Coloring Contest

Lil’ Devils! Now’s your chance to color like the big guys. Print out the Heck City Devil and go crazy with your crayons, markers, or colored pencils. There will be a contest every day at 9PM to randomly select a winner. Each winner will also be brought on stage to present his or her award of a free temporary tattoo of his/her choice and a Heck City t-shirt.
